Experts predict that Ukraine has a unique opportunity over the next few years to be on a par with the world's leading agricultural market, and the latest trends show that, and we are ready to take an active part in the processing of agricultural products, namely, in the modernization of the mine elevator dryers, by replacing gas, diesel, fuel oil, as a drying agent.

Almost all of the traditional dryings that use heated air as a drying agent and that are used at the moment are dryers of convective type, in which the air transfers heat to the grain and removes evaporating moisture. This drying method has certain disadvantages relating to inefficient use of energy equipment, such as the drying method is inevitably accompanied by heat loss to heating designs and the environment, as it leads to overheating of the grain and does not contribute to the complete suppression of primary microflora.  

 

An infrared drying method has significant advantages over convection type driers, and it works by the principle that the moisture in the grain absorbs infrared rays and heats i.e. energy is supplied directly to the moisture, and this achieves high efficiency and economy. With this principle, there is no need to significantly raise the temperature of the dried grain, and the evaporation process can be intensively lead at the temperature (45-100) C.

 

Low temperatures do not heat the machine, i.e. there are no heat losses through the walls, ventilation. At the same time, infrared radiation makes the process environmentally friendly, as there is no deleterious effect on the grain by carcinogens from combustion.

 

The infrared radiation is harmless to the environment and human health, as well as the equipment used with it.

 

We offer you the innovative development of the domestic producer - drying complex universal.

 

The principle of operation of the drying complex universal is the focused infrared heating through metal which becomes transparent to infrared radiation at a temperature of 45 C. As a basis we took the principle of drum drying. By heating the dried material by heating with infrared, moisture comes out from the inside of the material, forming the perspiration on the surface, which locks the further passage of the infrared beam and further heating. On the metal surface moisture evaporates actively at 45 C, and the dried material is heated from the inside!

The construction rotates, removing moisture from the surface of the material, making it possible to further passage of the infrared beam. Properly chosen ventilation increases the sampling rate of moisture twice. Variable speed allows you to control the output of humidity. The temperature is set by the mode. When adjusting all the parameters we have versatility.

 

Drying process is controlled by an automated control system, which provides:

 

- automatic program start and stop all the mechanisms of the line in the desired sequence;             

- support of security and emergency locks;

- automatic control and monitoring of process parameters;

- indication of the equipment work and controlled parameters.

 

Automated control system provides for work in two modes: manual and automatic. The complex of sensors monitors the stability of line work and, if appropriate, blocks those or other mechanisms.

- Overall dimensions: length - 8m. width - 2.6m. height - 2.9m.

- Total installed power - 65 kW.

- Heating power - 57 kW. (3h19 kW.)

- Drive power - 3.5 kW.

Preliminary tests of the experimental complex showed that electricity consumption by 1% grain moisture is (1,25-1,29) kW. And this is not the limit.
